PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT

To our Valued Customers,

Due to increasing costs from supplier and shipping partners, Romac Industries is implementing a price increase.

Effective June 14, 2021, Romac Industries will increase prices in all product categories by reducing our discount structure six (6) points on all Romac Products with the exception of Transmate products. The discount structure for Transmate products will be reduced by two (2) points. This change amounts to an approximate increase of 13% on Romac products depending on the product mix and 5% on Transmate. 

Example:

Old Romac Product Discount:    52% off current list prices.
New Romac Product Discount: 46% off current list prices.

Old Transmate Discount:            4% off current list prices.
New Transmate Discount:          2% off current list prices.

Current price quotations will be honored until their expiration date. Catalog list prices and payment terms will not change at this time. Moving forward Quotations provided will be based on the June 14, 2021 Discount Structure.
